Recalcó que la variedad nocturna de las fiestas carnestolendas será gratis, como lo garantizó el alcalde Antonio Astiazarán Gutiérrez, sin embargo sí se tendrá control de acceso, con equipo detector de metales y vigilancia, por seguridad de las familias.
Sobre la ruta del desfile, comentó que este año, el recorrido iniciará en el Malecón Costa Azul, para continuar por el sector Rastro, Malecón Malpica, calle 20, hasta la serdán.
